• You own the content or have the necessary permissions to use it.
• The content does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
• The content complies with all applicable laws.

You grant DesignOrio permission to:

• Use submitted content solely for fulfilling your order.
• Edit, crop, resize, enhance, adjust, or modify submitted content when necessary for production purposes.

5. Prohibited Content

Production may begin only after customer approval is received. Once a design has been approved by the customer, DesignOrio shall not be responsible for:

• Spelling mistakes
• Incorrect names
• Incorrect dates

• Other customization errors visible in the approved design

Requests for modifications after approval may not be possible and may result in additional charges or delays.

7. Product Images & Variations

Product photographs displayed on our website are intended for illustrative purposes only. Due to factors such as:

• Lighting conditions
• Printing processes
• Material characteristics
• Manufacturing methods

Actual products may vary slightly in color, texture, appearance, size, or finish from the images displayed on the website. Such minor variations shall not be considered defects. All preview images, mockups, and product examples are provided in accordance with these Terms of Service.

8. Personalisation & Image Quality Disclaimer

Final product quality depends significantly on the quality of images and content provided by the customer. DesignOrio is not responsible for issues arising from:

• Poor-quality screenshots
• Cropped images
• Damaged images
• Improperly uploaded files

Minor adjustments in image placement, cropping, alignment, scaling, and layout may be necessary during production and shall not be considered defects.

All prices displayed on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation. DesignOrio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

11. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of our products, customized and personalized products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Exceptions may be considered if:

• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product arrives damaged.
• The delivered product materially differs from the approved design.
• Any issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery along with supporting photographs.
• Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
• Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
